One day as we were weeding, the kids found a toad in our flower/weed beds around the house...no more weeding happened after this green thing was discovered:

BreElle's first time in the high chair...they grow up too fast!

Aydrie (3.8 years old)

My parents started a new birthday tradition. Every year the entire family gets together and has one big birthday bash. This year we went to the Hogle Zoo. We had a picnic before entering the zoo.
Things I remember:
1. It was cold!
2. There were lots of people there...and some of the men folk in my fam are allergic to crowds...so we bypassed the crazier parts of the zoo...
3. Fun day! Kids loved it...and we only lost a few of them a handful of times...ha ha
